iN A TiME KNoWN aS A fEW yEARS AgO, three like-minded rockers came together to form MiLES FRoM CLEVeR, a band of musical and political import the likes of which hadn't been seen since . . . uh, well, for a really long time. Somewhere along the twisted road of rock the three became four and the four became three and then four again and in time they became one in the spirit of spirits purchased by benevolent members of the audience.
MfC is what the world needs now, or at least what fine nightlife establishments need to get people dancing and drinking lots of beer. mFC is truth. MfC is love. MFc is pretty darned loud.
MiLES FRoM CLEVeR is StEVE WALLo on drums, sTEVE "MoONDOG" GaRNER on bass, eD GaSSIE on guitar and WaRD CARRoLL on the other guitar. These veterans combine like the elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth to form . . . warm mud. And like warm mud their sound aggressively slings from the bogs of southern Maryland and splatters against the walls of the region’s rock n’ roll haunts. It’s dirty, but rock’s a dirty business.
